Fremgangsmåte:
Sprøstek birkebeinerskinken i en tørr stekepanne på middels varme. Pensle baguettskivene med olivenolje og grill dem gyldne. Legg baguettskivene på et fat, legg på litt salat, birkebeinerskinken og salsa.
