Fremgangsmåte:
Stek kyllingfilet og la den hvile. Skjær imens opp litt salatingredienser og legg i en wrap (tortilla). Legg på kyllingfileten og brett først inn den ene siden, deretter bunnen og den andre siden til slutt.

2 små bokser sjampinjong i skiver
100 g meierismør
4 ss hvetemel
1 flaske hvitvin
2 poser parmesanost

Fremgangsmåte:
Del kyllingene i serveringsstykker, brun de i panne og legg de over i en gryte. Brun kyllingene videre i 10-15 minutter. Tilsett 3-4 dl hvitvin og la gryten stå og trekke til kyllingen er mør. Avkjøl.
